With over two decades of experience across nonprofits, for-profits, academia, and international organizations, I have developed a keen understanding of leadership dynamics at the highest levels. My passion lies in working deeply with individuals to truly understand their unique vision, strengths, and needs as leaders. I believe that each leader's journey is distinct, and I’m committed to exploring what drives you personally, knowing that what motivates one leader may not resonate with another. My work is rooted in the belief that any effective solution starts with you—the leader—your goals, your leadership style, and your vision for success.
Throughout my career, I have designed programs for senior leaders, coached executives, and facilitated transformative learning experiences across diverse sectors, both domestically and internationally. I specialize in helping leaders, particularly women, clarify their goals, connect more effectively with their teams, and address the blind spots that inevitably arise in leadership roles.
